How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Numberspreparing Restoration should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Numberspreparing Restoration
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each answers for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.

Still tell us. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. But Numberspreparing Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@numberspreparing.bond and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

What Happens Next

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review the matter. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
