Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Numberspreparing Restoration wants numberspreparing.bond to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement sets out how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. These are the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, a widely used standard.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and an orderly page layout
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site by keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, is not entirely in our control. We check the site now and then and fix problems as we find them.
Need Help Another Way?
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@numberspreparing.bond and we will do our part to help.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
We welcome your feedback on how accessible this site is. Email contact@numberspreparing.bond and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work in Progress
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
